We try to combine postage of our heavy, fragile items wherever possible and our website is set up for this. You can get an estimate of p&p costs after you have added items to your basket and before you go through to final checkout. We don't offer free postage because, well there is no such thing! Our items vary enormously in weight and the amount of packaging required. We don't profit from p&p charges.
In all cases we try to get your item to you within 2-3 working days of paid order. This is not always possible, especially at peak business times (June/July and December) and sometimes it may take longer. If you require a specific delivery day or need your purchase quickly please call us and we will do our best to help.
Is your purchase guaranteed?
At Brighthelm-Stone, we work hard to ensure that you receive your item in one piece, and we have an excellent reputation for outstanding packaging and very limited breakages. In the rare event of breakage we would replace your item free of charge. We will ask you to send a photo of the damaged item to us prior to any replacement being sent out. Please contact us regarding any items that may have been damaged in transit within 1 week of receiving the item.

For parcel deliveries we use DPD Next Day tracked delivery (unless you are in the Highlands, Islands or Northern Ireland in which case it will take 2 days). When your item is dispatched you will receive an email and a text using DPD's 'Predict' Service. You can take control of the delivery, and access live tracking information. DPD will email and text you (if you have provided a mobile number) on the day of delivery giving you a one hour delivery window and giving you a further 5 options, so you can take control of your delivery.

All our items that are too large or fragile for our parcel couriers go by our palletised courier Eezehaul. We will contact you to arrange a convenient day for delivery.
We can ship to the EU. For delivery to countries outside of Europe we can ship many of our items via our eBay shop. This is because eBay operate a Global shipping programme whereby we ship to their UK depot and they arrange the onward international shipping. Will I have to pay Import tax on my EU parcel?
As of 1st January 2021 we will not charge VAT on your purchase if you reside in a country in the EU and your parcel is being exported to a country in the EU. You will be contacted by our courier and will be asked to pay an import tax which will be calculated according to the VAT rate in your country.
