I ordered the Oak King plaque and was amazed to recieve an e.mail the following day to say my order had been dispatched by next day delivery it duly arrived securely packaged within the one hour time slot given by the carrier used by this suberb company. The product is excellent quality at an unbelievably good price.I purchased a couple of plaques from this company a few years ago they were super when they arrived but there appearance only improves with age i would recommend this company unreservedly you might find there equal but never there better. they even give you a FREE pocket green man with your order next for me the Goddess plaque cant wait superb garden decoration

Free Express Delivery on all orders*
We are happy to offer free express delivery on all orders to the UK mainland, no matter how big or small. For those in the Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland delivery starts at £7.19.
Which courier do we use?
Parcels.
We use premium courier DPD for all our parcels. DPD boast the very best in tracking and courier tech to help them get your order to you as soon as possible. They are a next day courier but please to bear in mind that sometimes things can go wrong - we hope it'll get to you the day after dispatch but of course, we are not able to guarantee it.
Pallets.
For our larger and heavier items we use our fantastic pallet partner Eezehaul, part of The Pallet Network. We'll call you to book in a delivery day and pass your contact number on to them so they can contact you should they need to. Please note that our pallet deliveries can only attempt delivery once before a redelivery charge is required, so please ensure you are in on the arranged delivery date.
When will you get your order?
In all cases we try to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days. This is not always possible, especially at peak business times. and sometimes it may take longer. If you require a specific delivery day or need your purchase quickly please call us and we will do our best to help.
Is your purchase guaranteed?
At Brighthelm-Stone, we work hard to ensure that you receive your item in one piece, and we have an excellent reputation for outstanding packaging and very limited breakages. In the rare event of breakage we would replace your item free of charge. We will ask you to send a photo of the damaged item to us prior to any replacement being sent out. Please contact us regarding any items that may have been damaged in transit within 7 days of receiving the item.
Tracking - (Parcels only)
When your order is dispatched you will receive an email and a text using DPD's 'Predict' Service. You can take control of the delivery, and access live tracking information. DPD will email and text you (if you have provided a mobile number) on the day of delivery giving you a one hour delivery window and giving you a further 5 options, so you can take control of your delivery. Returns
We understand that sometimes life can throw you a curveball, sometimes things happen and sometimes you might get something that just isn't what you were after. If for any reason you want to return your order, please let us know within 14 days of receiving it. Return postage will have to be paid for by the buyer and we can arrange a collection through DPD or you are welcome to arrange your own courier.
