PAN PLAQUE
Received as a gift for my 50th Birthday from my family. Utterly delighted with Pan which now hangs proudly on my shed. The green stone of the plaque is a beautiful contrast to the autumn gold wood of the shed. Hook fixing on the back seems very secure, was concerned that it would not hold the substantial weight of the plaque but this concern was unfounded. I used a 3" (8cm) length screw inserted into the cladding and centre post of the shed wall, this has been adequate for holding the plaque in situ.
The Pan plaque is quite exquisite and really needs to be seen to appreciate it's true beauty. Photo's could never do this piece true justice.
The quality of the work, the secure packing and rapid delivery also contribute to this review, for which 5 stars are not really enough.
As a result of receiving this piece, as well as the gorgeous "wallet" green man freebie, I am busily browsing the Brighthelm Stone website in search of other pieces for the garden and am very impressed with the stock available. Another purchase will be happening before too long!

Which courier do we use?
Parcels.
We use premium courier DPD for all our parcels. DPD boast the very best in tracking and courier tech to help them get your order to you as soon as possible. They are a next day courier but please to bear in mind that sometimes things can go wrong - we hope it'll get to you the day after dispatch but of course, we are not able to guarantee it.
Pallets.
For our larger and heavier items we use our fantastic pallet partner Eezehaul, part of The Pallet Network. We'll call you to book in a delivery day and pass your contact number on to them so they can contact you should they need to. Please note that our pallet deliveries can only attempt delivery once before a redelivery charge is required, so please ensure you are in on the arranged delivery date.
When will you get your order?
In all cases we try to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days. This is not always possible, especially at peak business times. and sometimes it may take longer. If you require a specific delivery day or need your purchase quickly please call us and we will do our best to help.
Is your purchase guaranteed?
At Brighthelm-Stone, we work hard to ensure that you receive your item in one piece, and we have an excellent reputation for outstanding packaging and very limited breakages. In the rare event of breakage we would replace your item free of charge. We will ask you to send a photo of the damaged item to us prior to any replacement being sent out. Please contact us regarding any items that may have been damaged in transit within 7 days of receiving the item.
Tracking - (Parcels only)
When your order is dispatched you will receive an email and a text using DPD's 'Predict' Service. You can take control of the delivery, and access live tracking information. DPD will email and text you (if you have provided a mobile number) on the day of delivery giving you a one hour delivery window and giving you a further 5 options, so you can take control of your delivery. Returns
We understand that sometimes life can throw you a curveball, sometimes things happen and sometimes you might get something that just isn't what you were after. If for any reason you want to return your order, please let us know within 14 days of receiving it. Return postage will have to be paid for by the buyer and we can arrange a collection through DPD or you are welcome to arrange your own courier.
