Master Helmstone
Master Helmstone, a beautiful dragon sits on the apex of our porch above the front door and watches over the entrance to our home. He makes us feel safe and whenever a boat passes by we can see the owners pointing up in admiration at him on his perch. By the way, we live alongside the Stainforth to Keadby canal.
I have just taken possession of the St George's dragon roof finial and together with my wife and daughter have spent all afternoon thinking up a name for him. In the end we have come up with Mr Helmstone. Not very original I know but it is better than some of the ones the internet supplied that we could not pronounce. He is going in full view on top of our porch roof and so protect the house and ourselves from villains, not that we have many in Thorne.
By the way, I have declared myself a founder member of the dragon preservation society uk and so will have no truck with this George person constantly shown harming dragons. Daft I know but better than thinking of them in a negative way as is often shown. Thank you for an excellent product and speedy safe delivery.

We are happy to offer free express delivery on all orders to the UK mainland, no matter how big or small. For those in the Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland delivery starts at £7.19.
Which courier do we use?
Parcels.
We use premium courier DPD for all our parcels. DPD boast the very best in tracking and courier tech to help them get your order to you as soon as possible. They are a next day courier but please to bear in mind that sometimes things can go wrong - we hope it'll get to you the day after dispatch but of course, we are not able to guarantee it.
Pallets.
For our larger and heavier items we use our fantastic pallet partner Eezehaul, part of The Pallet Network. We'll call you to book in a delivery day and pass your contact number on to them so they can contact you should they need to. Please note that our pallet deliveries can only attempt delivery once before a redelivery charge is required, so please ensure you are in on the arranged delivery date.
When will you get your order?
In all cases we try to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days. This is not always possible, especially at peak business times. and sometimes it may take longer. If you require a specific delivery day or need your purchase quickly please call us and we will do our best to help.
Is your purchase guaranteed?
At Brighthelm-Stone, we work hard to ensure that you receive your item in one piece, and we have an excellent reputation for outstanding packaging and very limited breakages. In the rare event of breakage we would replace your item free of charge. We will ask you to send a photo of the damaged item to us prior to any replacement being sent out. Please contact us regarding any items that may have been damaged in transit within 7 days of receiving the item.
Tracking - (Parcels only)
When your order is dispatched you will receive an email and a text using DPD's 'Predict' Service. You can take control of the delivery, and access live tracking information. DPD will email and text you (if you have provided a mobile number) on the day of delivery giving you a one hour delivery window and giving you a further 5 options, so you can take control of your delivery. Returns
We understand that sometimes life can throw you a curveball, sometimes things happen and sometimes you might get something that just isn't what you were after. If for any reason you want to return your order, please let us know within 14 days of receiving it. Return postage will have to be paid for by the buyer and we can arrange a collection through DPD or you are welcome to arrange your own courier.
