Our terms and conditions are simple and set out below. Please take the time to read them prior to placing an order.

We reserve the right to make changes to any aspect of this website without prior notice to you. This includes prices, changes to item descriptions or photographs or correction of any errors.

All products listed on this website are subject to availability and may be withdrawn without notice.  In the event that we are unable to supply a product, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and a refund will be given if you have already paid for the item(s). Because our products are hand made, sizes and colours may vary slightly from those shown in photos. All measurements and weights are approximate – please read the item descriptions.

We take your privacy very seriously. EKM Pay, Paypal and Applepay are secure payment platforms and are PCI DSS compliant. Your payment details are kept safe from others (including us!). If you wish to pay us directly with a credit or debit card, we are PCI DSS compliant and no cardholder data is stored by us. 

We comply with the Data Protection act as follows: we will use your personal information to communicate with you regarding your order and to inform you of new products or offers if you have signed up to receive this information. We will not pass on your personal information to third parties, except for the purpose of delivering your purchase.

Returns: According to distance selling regulations you may return your purchase to us within 7 days providing you contact us in writing. Your purchase must be returned to us unused, in its original condition and packaging and great care must be taken in wrapping. Return postage will be at your expense, unless the item is faulty. On safe receipt of returned goods we will refund the value of the goods in full.
