Free Express Delivery on all orders* 
We are happy to offer free express delivery on all orders to the UK mainland, no matter how big or small.  *For those in the Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland delivery starts at £7.19. We will aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 business days - if you need your order quickly please get in touch!
International deliveries
We ship internationally to Europe via our Etsy Shop, and the rest of the world via our eBay shopping channel.

Which couriers do we use?
 - Parcels
We use premium courier DHL for our domestic parcels. DHL boasts the very best in tracking and courier tech. UK delivery is usually within 1-2 days of dispatch. You will be kept in the loop regarding tracking your parcel, from collection right through to delivery with their email and text notifications and live online tracker. This will enable you to take control of your delivery. 
 - Pallets 
For our larger and heavier items we use our fantastic pallet partner Eezehaul, part of The Pallet Network. We'll call you to book in a delivery day and pass your contact number on to them so they can contact you should they need to. Please note that our pallet deliveries can only attempt delivery once before a redelivery charge is required, so please ensure you are in on the arranged delivery date.
When will you get your order?
In all cases we try to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days. This is not always possible, especially at peak business times & sometimes it may take longer. If you require a specific delivery day or need your purchase quickly please call us and we will do our best to help.

At Brighthelm-Stone, we work hard to ensure that you receive your item in one piece, and we have an excellent reputation for outstanding packaging and very limited breakages. In the rare event of a breakage we will replace your item free of charge. We will ask you to send a photo of the damaged item to us prior to any replacement being sent out. Please contact us regarding any items that may have been damaged in transit within 7 days of receiving the item. Replacements are processed rapidly and usually within 2-3 days.
If for any reason you wish to return your order, please let us know within 14 days of receiving it. Return postage will have to be paid for by the buyer and we can arrange a collection or you are welcome to arrange your own courier.
